Who is behind Keel?
Keel was founded by seasoned FinOps (finance and operations) professionals who have built and run in-house systems and processes. We know what it takes to get knee deep in the weeds, how to put structure around it, and will bring that expertise to you.
Where is Keel based?
Keel is headquartered in Singapore, but serves clients across all time zones.
Do you do bookkeeping and accounting?
Yes. Bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, GST and tax filing are the core of what we run. The difference is that we do not just keep the books. We automate the work around them and run the whole finance and operations function day to day, so you are not separately managing a bookkeeper, a system and a spreadsheet. You get the books closed on time and the operation that produces them run for you.
What qualifications does Keel have?
Our team has deep experience in working with SMEs who are starting up or scaling up their operations. In addition, our leadership holds the Chartered Accountant (Singapore) qualification and we have deep experience in implementing the latest AI tech stacks.
How do Keel's engagements work?
We speak to you to discuss your gaps, pain points, and areas of the biggest impact to scope our service to you. We then embark on an 'automate and run' model. There will be an implementation phase and then we continue running the operation for you. This means we have skin in the game, as we operate what we build and automate.

How does Keel charge?
Every engagement is different and will be negotiated on a bespoke basis. But as a general rule, we charge an implementation fee and an ongoing retainer to manage your operation.
